The App, message4support has been designed and built from the ‘ground up’ from the perspective of a suffer of Anxiety & Depression. Input was used from GPs, Counsellors and Psychologist’s. The App helps sufferers break their negative thoughts associated with Depression and Anxiety enables positive, healthy thoughts and behaviours.
There are 3 Users of the App.
1. Supportee - The suffer of Anxiety &/or Depression.
2. Supporters - The family and friends of the Supportee (sufferer)
3. Professional Supporter - Supportee (sufferer)
The 1st Step
The Suffer signs up to the App as a ‘Supportee’ and creates a ‘Personal Challenge’. He/she then invites Family and Friends & possibly his/her Health Professional to send positive messages4support.
The 2nd Step
Supporters send encouraging messages4support to the sufferer that are specific to the personal challenge. These messages4support may be motivational. Images, videos or text messages.
The 3rd Step
When the sufferer of Anxiety &/or Depression is feeling over-whelmed or Feeling Very Challenged which is when destructive behaviours are being considered, the supportive messages4support can be viewed. This can instantly break the cycle of negative thinking, provides hope and encouranges healthy thoughts and behaviours.
The 4th Step
When messages4support are viewed when the sufferer is feeling over-whelmed or Feeling Very Challenged, Alerts can be automatically sent to Supporters. The time and even location of the sufferer can be alerted indicating that the sufferer is in need.
The App creates the opportunity to connect and share a personal challenge with friend/s, family, a Mental Health Professional removing the feeling of being alone. This alone empowers the ‘Supportee’ to feel empathy from people that care and unlocks the burden of feeling alone and often powerless.
Secondly, the app enables messages4support to be available to the Supportee in a time of need or crisis. Viewing encouraging messages4support right at the time of need positive, can act as a ‘circuit breaker’ motivating the Supportee into corrective thinking and healthier behaviours.
There are built in optional features that enable a ‘supporter’ to alert Supporters of his/her emotional state of mind when feeling ‘Overwhelmed’ or feeling very challenged. An alert is sent to Supporter/s via the App when the Sufferer registers emotions of Feeling Overwhelmed or Feeling Very Challenged. This enables a Supporter to know exactly when a phone call or visit if possible could assist the Supportee. Also, an option is available to have the Supportees location alerted on the Supporters phone when in this crisis.

Professional User Plan B: $49.99 per month. With this monthly subscription, you can Support upto 50 Challenges for Patients/Clients.
Professional User Plan C: $79.99 per month. With this monthly subscription, you can Support upto 100 Challenges for Patients/Clients.
Professional User Plan D: $149.99 per month. With this monthly subscription, you can Support 101+ Challenges for Patients/Clients.
